Decked in Love v.0.3.1 is ready

This version fixes some bugs that were found.

Bug fixes:

- Stage 4 bonuses are now visible. It should count all the times you've already beaten stage 4, even if it previously showed zero;

- An error that sometimes breaks the game when defeating cards should be fixed now;

- Upgraded card "Wait until ready" should now be working as intended;

- A bug that allowed some hand cards to target presents should be fixed;
