This visual novel in development contains adult themes like sex, alcohol and depictions of mental illness. Due to its mature nature, it’s reserved for audiences of age 18+.
This game is my attempt to tell a grounded, realistic adult story in a kinky friendly environment. It is meant to feel familiar while also deconstructing some of the popular tropes of the genre.
Summary:
A bright young psychology student finds his dream job as a sexologist and has a great future ahead of him... until some inappropriate behavior throws everything out of the window. Now, plagued with regrets and self-doubt, he tries to start anew. He will have to fight his inner demons and decide what kind of man he wants to be. All the while using his psychology knowledge to understand the kinks and needs of the potential love interests he finds along the away.
- Shape the main character’s personality in four stats: Honorable, Cunning, Sensitive or Manly stats. Increase your stats with every choice you make.
- Each girl will subconsciously give you hints about their sexual kinks. Use the hints to guess their kinks to have sexy scenes with them.
- Use your personality points to acquire different Kink Skills. Your sexy scenes will be different depending on the skills you have. For example, in some scenes you can choose to be dominant or submissive.
Choose your kinks. Define your personality. Pick the right girl for you.

can i have steam key i bought this
Is there a list of the available fetishes that might not be in the skill tree? Like Impregnation/Pregnant sex, bondage, oral, etc. etc? If not, are there plans to add those sorts of kinks later on?
Hey Mr Lusty, just about to start v0.6.3 after reading your notes! Will provide you feedback. But one detail that has always bothered me (i love your VN and have praised it highly on F95) is the moment where the protagonist realises that his first meeting with Emma was secretly arranged by his friends. Sure, you can call that a conspiracy, but the MC isn't stupid, just depressed etc; He would realise what it was. So I think the two choices of how the MC reacts could be: (1) he accepts it (not angry) and he gets + both red (manly) and yellow (honest) points, but if he has a problem with discovering the truth, then he gets (2) + blue (emo points) and green (chaos) points reflecting his mental state (rather than anger). A rational person would see the "conspiracy" as his friends trying to help (sure Emma is interested) while any other interprestation should (imho) reflect his troubled mind. Kudos to you!
Pushed Kim (after meet in cafe) away with yellow 124 / blue 141 /green 22 / red 11... does this make sense?
First of all, amazing game!!! Do you happen to have a walkthrough? I can't seem to get on the path where MC cheats with Kim and not the Male Dom route. Or did you remove that?

I just downloaded the last build and I wonder which of the characters already have a playable path with "scenes" and kinks and so on, I mean I'm trying to get a romance with Olivia, I choose her for the initial crash but I still can't get any kinks or hints for her.
I forgot to backup my old saves so I'm playing the game all over again and even if I'm focusing on her, I still have problems getting anywhere.
EDIT: ok I may be an idiot, I just saw new images of the last version, I guess I'm gonna get something with Olivia but I just need to go on in the game, right?

Let me start by saying this is a great game and I love the content. Look forward to it continuing on. The one bit of criticism I have is there is a very noticable drop in the dialog quality for chapter 6. For 1-5, I would have assumed it was written by a native English speaker. The occasional typo, but a great job with verb usage, spelling and everything else. Chapter 6 looks more like it was done in another language and thrown into google translate. Not just a lot of typos, but consistent mismatch with verb usage and bad translations. For example, the term "prophylactic" is used several times when I *think* the ideal term was "prevent". Prophylactic is only used when talking about preventing pregnancy.
I'm not a native speaker. The chapters are usually proofread/edited by a friend, but this takes a lot of time - we can't forget that, in number of words, this game is already bigger than the "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers" and "The Return of the King" put together.
So, I thought it was better to release this chapter as is now, and edit it in the next months instead of delaying it even more. Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good and all that. But it'll get proofread, sooner or later. The previous chapters have also been released more or less like this.
That being said, it's funny that you picked an example that it's correct. Prophylactic moves are a thing in chess. Every professional commentator talks about prophylactic moves all the time. It's the correct term used in the field.
So I just downloaded the new version and went to play and half my saves are gone. I tried opening the old version and they are gone there now too. Any idea how to get them back so I don't have to play through it all again.

Loved the new chapter, but at the end of my lea only playthrough the summary at the end was wrong and it said things happened that I didn't do. I'm kinda new here so i dunno where to report bugs n stuff.

Yes, the listed price includes all future updates. You just pay once.
I just let patrons "beta-test" an update first to check for bugs, but once everything is fixed (it usually takes 2 days) the update goes live on itch and anyone that already bought the game has access to it.

What a remarkable game.
I was very hesitant to try it at first - I read the summary and had the completely wrong idea of what direction the story would take, just based on the concept of being a therapist of sorts who had a history of 'inappropriate' conduct. (Perhaps a consequence of seeing too many games with unlikable or even downright evil protagonists.)
But you handle that concept (among other serious topics) with impressive skill and careful consideration. My expectations at the beginning were not high, but even if they were, I think I still would have been blown away.
The characters have real depth to them, and even the ones I'm not quite so fond of I still appreciate as being well-written and having their own voices. Their design is striking too; I know that the renders are stylized and not everyone likes it, but honestly I vastly prefer it to the same-old recycled-asset hyper-realistic uncanny-valley treatment. It's unique, something to set the game apart from others. Props also to the variety in personality and appearance.
And the music is awesome. I don't understand why so many people just use the same dozen boring songs when there's a world of music out there, so much of it available to use for free.
I hope there are plans to put it on Steam. I imagine it would be quite successful there.

I don't see it in the screenshots, but in game characters have thick black lines around them that look terrible. I won't buy the paid for version based on this. When the MC is sitting down at the first yoga lesson, he looks like a Jehovah's Witness! Presumably just so you can cut to the artwork pics!

Is there any way to see, which paths arent finished yet? Its kinda frustrating following a path, to end in nowhere after the fifth act. Jen for example. Posted the pics, credits.
The game is still in early access and is released in chapters. So, no path is completed. Right now, the story stops at the end of chapter 5. It's the same for all paths.
The development of each chapter takes around 4 months. There will be more scenes once chapter 6 is released.

Hi there! Good game, good story! Nice work, guys/gals.
The design of the female characters' appearance is unique and more true to life than many other visual novels. Obviously all of the characters are designed to be very attractive, but if these women were real, they would each have something that makes them self conscious even though it shouldn't. Anyone who has dated someone for a while would understand even if its something as small as "I hate my cheekbones". it really helps make the characters feel more realistic.
On the subject of characters, before the end of even the first conversation with Emma, it was clear that this would be a game that has some of the best character writing in an AVN. Its clear that there has been a lot of effort given to making characters feel as real as possible. I'm not even past ch2 and i can say without hesitation that the writing is near the level of Dr Pinkcake or Caribdis (Being a DIK/Acting Lessons and Once in a lifetime/Eternum respectively)
Definitely try to buy it or support it to help support this level of effort and creativity shown by MrSilverLust if you can
After playing Eternum, Being a DIK, Once in a Lifetime, MIST I was looking for a similar game that would draw me in for the story and the sexuality would be a beautiful addition. I finally found it!
I played the demo (3 chapters of the game) and I'm really positively surprised. The game has depth and inner magic. You can really feel that the person creating it put all their heart into it.
The story is extremely engaging, the hero is not a simple and stupid character, he has thoughts and internal experiences.
All the characters appearing in the game are interestingly outlined, they are diverse and realistic - we gradually get to know them and they can arouse sympathy (except Kim!!!) :)
The music is great - especially in the intimate moments the songs rock and I found myself listening to them (and nodding my head in time) instead of playing.
In addition, after beating the game, it is possible to start the game in new game+ mode, where the points we gain are doubled by, which will give us access to a larger pool of behaviors and scenes.
As for the graphics and scenes, look at the screenshots - it's great!

You need to be on Kim's manly path. For that:
In the conversation with Kim at the café in chapter three, you have to pick the option:
- You have nothing to worry about, just leave me out of it (cunning)
And do have a total amount of manly points superior than sensitive points.
Then, at the end of the scene, pick:
- What's in it for me? (cunning)
And then:
- Deal (cunning)
You will then be on Kim's manly path and be able to get the handjob scene in chapter 4 (and more in chapter 5). Check the profile menu to see in which path you are.

I was very hesitant at first to spend $15 on the game but im now glad I did. Worth every cent.
The graphics are great. Being able to make your own decisions and create different outcomes is awesome. Having little mini games and watching/participating in some of the in game scenarios (spoiler alert*) for example the chess games in chapter one, I think is incredible. Most other games would just skip to the end and be done with it, but you've incorporated ad much of the interactions as possible

Kudos also for the integration of real chess into an adult game. Maybe chess itself has become a fetish after Queen's Gambit. ;-) The chess games are great, probably too good to have been invented by the game author. (Also, I recognized some of the combination motifs, if not the full games, but I don't remember the original players and events.) Therefore I even watched the credits until the end, but they were not mentioned. I know there's no legal requirement because chess games aren't copyrightable in most legislations; but imho, the games quoted in NIF are true works of creativity and art, so it would only be fair to reference their authors (=original players). Can you do that in the next version, please, or in your answer here? @mrsilverlust

Yes, it'll be released on Steam. I'm not yet sure when though, but I probably don't want to release it there in yearly access, just the full game. But nothing is set in stone for now.
Once it's there, I'm planning to give anyone that bought the game here on itch a steam key so they can get everything in one library if they so which. I think that's common practice and should be relatively easy to setup.

There's a scene where you daydream a sexy imp speaking meta and asking you questions about where you're headed in your life and in the game. Are you gonna just daydream about Mel who's long gone and obsess over porn with no drama? Or are you gonna pick a girl you have a crush on and follow thru with bravery and willpower? I get the social commentary here but what would happen if you gave up and just focused on Mel daydreams the whole game and porn? For that matter it would be nice to romance Jen and have the option to come clean about it, quit your job and tell the whole truth about what happened with you and Mel. Maybe that is not on the table because it would instantly end the game. But consider this, wouldn't that realistically be the best choice especially in a game that isn't harem and is about real choices. If that is the final chapter's choice, I get that. Fine. But I feel like some problems in the drama could be resolved by now. Especially with how accepting and caring the MC's friends are. Edit... It is even more a issue with me when I consider you only have one chance to tell Pete about Kim. After that you either sub to her or stay out of it. I didn't tell pete and Jaime because I didn't have proof and didn't know for sure if what I saw was real. The MC is an unreliable narrator after all. But once she revealed it I wanted an option to simply tell Pete or take a pic or record the conversation. Anything... On the other hand I wonder if pretending to be her ally is the only way to get proof that she is evil or at least sociopathic and selfish.
Does there always have to be a Dom and sub in these relationships? I'm getting the feeling that if there is one that totally neutral it would only be Bri. As far as I can tell each character has a color to their name that hints at what they're like. Kinda like the voices in the MC's head. With the demon or jack o'lantern being chaos and extremes or maybe even evil. Kim is a snake, hands down. Jaime is a Lion. Carl is a Kitten. Deb is a mix of kitten and lion. Bri and Lea are eagles. Emma is a Lion. Pete is a kitten mixed with eagle. Jen is a kitten mixed with snake but in a nice way. And Olivia is a snake but in a focus on fun not selfishness. All of that is where my head was after the first two chapters. But now I'm not so sure. I'm gonna bite the bullet and just finish chapter 4 and stop brooding over it. But I was trying very hard to predict where each relationship would go and find the one that is most mutual and neutral. But it honestly feels like there always has to be a lead. But at least rarely is that lead cruel about it. At least if you're the lead as the MC you can be nicer about it.
hi i just started the game just wondering, i tried getting all of the "manly" points as possible yet still wasnt able to develop the man handle skill up to the first emma kink point. was there a part i missed or something i did wrong?
Yes, you missed something. On the top left corner, there's a menu called 'Skills'. You need to open it and buy the skills you want with the points you have got from your choices.
Only after you buy the skills you can unlock the lewd scenes. Each lewd scene will require different skills.
I got some questions before I finish part 4:

Bri is implied in the hints in the game to be Adventurous. That digi-volves into kinkster. What does that mean? I've never heard the term "kinkster" and the description seems vague. Adventurous seems to just be trying new things until you know what you like. So I get that. But is kinkster implying if you fully romance Bri she will literally like all kinks?
And second question, Emma fights for women rights and is a psychiatrist like the MC. But hints in her hints page imply ownership and sexism from men turn her on... What? Is she a fraud? Or is it like that episode of Futurama where a neat freak pencil pusher secretly had a kink for a person being a slob. Is the taboo of having sex with what she hates all she's into? What is the rationale for that? I keep considering dating her but I don't like manhandle and hate-banging. I keep waiting for her to be at least a gentle femdom or idolization fetish kink. But all I see from her is stuff that seems to imply closet self loathing or more conflict. I don't wanna argue to Emma, I wanna get along with her.
I'm sorry if I'm being a bother. But I keep thinking about this game and the parallels between the main characters depression and my own.
The main character believes all kinks and fetishes should be accepted. I understand being open-minded is good. But how you can accept some things that go against who you are? For me BDSM, cheating, gore porn, beastiality, and other super hardcore stuff just disgust me. And my sister accused me of being a baby. Not saying those things are things I should like. But that because I was too scared to leave my comfort zone and always stick to just romance and sweetness that it closed doors on any relationships outside of highschool.
I've been accused of being boring and approaching relationships like a Disney movie character. But to me I feel like I reduce myself to a panting lowly animal if I just ignore my sexual hang-up. And act on lust, comfort zone be damned.
I don't know what to do to find woman that would be sync up with me. Even in the game I tried to focus on Bri, Lea, and Jen the most. Seeking to just have romance and happy regular sex. But my sister and "friends" say that doesn't maintain an adult relationship. Being wild, sneaking around, spicing things up does. But that's not who I am.

I'm not even into exhibition but I liked Lea so I endured it to make sure she knew I was interested. I didn't like Deb that much but I figure when she showed kindness that her domme moment would be gentle and loving and not full of insults. I'm still unhappy I played out that one. It wasn't as bad as it could be. But it didn't feel right. Bri I never got past friends. And Jen I let her know I love her but refused to have sex with to keep from ruining her and the main character's life. We just cuddled. And with Kim it was the final straw. No way I could go full Snake for that. I got no beef with Pete to justify that.
What I'm asking is, do you think I've wasted 15 yrs of my life thinking being loving and compassion would trump my laundry list of sexual hang-ups? Hang-ups that run so deep I can't even bring myself to explore them in a game without feeling uncomfortable.
I'm sure my sister just likes to argue and challenge me because she doesn't like me focusing on trying to be good all the time. I think she just wants everyone to see the grays in the black and white of life. But im the guy who never plays the villain story route in games. I like sex and romance. But I don't need it to be too hardcore. But then again I'm virgin and 37 years old, so sometimes feel like I'm the one who doesn't get how the real world works. I just had to ask someone. And I think the guy who made this game is a student of psychology. So I thought he'd understand. Thanks for the support.
This is just a lewd game where I want to pass the message that it is okay to like whatever weird kink we might have. And if one’s kink is romance, cuddles and happy sex, without any “wild” thing added there, that’s absolutely okay. In fact, the majority of people are into that, and also don’t like all the other more kinky stuff.

I hear you. I am going to work on myself. I'm going back to working out and trying to be positive. My sister isn't married but I don't think she ever wants to be. Ultimately I think what she says from from petty sibling rivalry. A one-sided one at that. Vanilla stuff like romance and tenderness aren't kink shamed often but the world has really changed. Some girls are just at different stage in their relationship with the MC. It’s just difficult to give them all the same screen time and attention, while still progressing the main story forward.
So, yes, Bri’s first scene only happens at chapter 4, but she (or all the other girls the page banner) will be fully romanceable. I know it’s a bit annoying when our favorite characters don’t get the screen time we’d like to, but, sooner or later, all of them will have their time in the spotlight.
